A relatively newer development when compared to some of the older suburbs in Vic, Endeavour Hills was originally aboriginal country. After the settlers came in, it was converted to farmland. Thereafter in 1970 this area was named as Endeavour Hills to commemorate Captain Cooks landing and his ship – Endeavour.
Begun as a small housing project and estate, today Endeavour Hills boasts of all the facilities provided to a well-established suburb. Along with its development, Endeavour Hills has seen a great increase in the number of families settling in, buildings and most of all traffic.
Learning to drive in a rather busy suburb and city, takes some training and getting used to. That’s why we have many students from Endeavour Hills who have put their trust in DOS Driving School.
