Originally known as ‘Kororoit Creek’, this suburb was consequently renamed after the Melbourne Hunt Club. Which of course was because of hunting game deer. It was after the Post Office officially opened in the late 1800s that the name Deer Park was coined.
Deer Park today is a suburb that is abundant with large farm areas and many residential homes. With a host of amenities such as schools, shopping centers and other conveniences, traffic in this area tends to be rather busy, especially during rush hour and weekends.
With these demographics in mind, the DOS team has put together a well-structured syllabus to provide the best possible learning to students in the Deer Park area. Vehicle handling, driving on dense traffic roads, maintaining and complying with proper speed limits are some of the learning areas we cover.
Our 18 years as educators in driving have provided us with the expertise and knowledge to deal with any situation. The DOS instructors are highly experienced personnel and are able to safely and skillfully provide safe guided lessons to even the most inexperienced student.
